  • Joined as one of the first engineers to build a greenfield B2B marketplace platform on GCP. No existing infrastructure, no cloud, no team. Went from zero to production go-live in Germany within six months, reporting directly to the CTO
  • Scaled the platform from an MVP with a handful of developers to 40+ GCP projects, 300+ developers, and 200+ microservices across multiple European countries, with dedicated dev, staging, and production environments
  • Established organization-level GCP governance with modularized Terraform, including automated compliance tests to enforce consistency, reusability, and least-privilege access across all projects
  • Drove security investment as Security Champion across the METRO group. Advocated for and delivered a public Vulnerability Disclosure Program via HackerOne, enterprise-wide SCA/SAST scanning with BlackDuck, production pentests, and infrastructure hardening with HashiCorp Vault and custom IAM roles
  • Implemented GitOps-based continuous delivery using Helm and ArgoCD, replacing manual and ad-hoc deployment workflows
